Medium hair..new ideas??

i have medium-length hair..it's just below the shoulders. i'm wanting to get it cut but i want something different than what most of the girls at school are wearing. a lot of them have the side part/side bangs. i love that style but EVERYONE has it already. i'm kind of trying to grow it out as well so nothing too short please :D any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

razor cut with inside layers for texture.

this holds curl more easily on most types of hair, but straightening is so much easier, too. it can still be put up into an updo or ponytail

but that style is GREAT!!! get layers for sure and highlights... it really add character to the hair

go get an asemetrical bob no one has it anymore and its so cute its shorter in the back and longer towards your face and goes in a downward angle
