How should i cut my hair?

i have long curly brown hair but its not the nice curls you can leave down so i straighten it and it looks amazing. but it has gotten so dead and i definetly need a nice cut. i dont know what style to go with. i have side bangs but i usually put them back into those flip/bump things with a clip. i cant cut it short but i dont have a clue what to do?! anyyy ideas!

What I always do is a) consider how many ways I wear my hair. If I like the length, but wear it up alot. Make sure I could still do that if it were cut.

B) Look in popular magazines, it always helps if you can show your hairdresser what you want.

C) Most importantly, choose someone who knows what they are doing, and you feel comfortable with.

Layers are always fun and will help it lay flatter also, to control those curls, good luck :)
