How do i get my hair like this (picture)?

I love vanessa's hair in this pic below. My hairs like hers, maybe a little shorter, but i have the bangs and everything. I also want to know how to style this if i want to make it straight. (I basically just really like the little ponytail and pouf on the top.)

that's pretty simple. basically you pull the front part of your hair back, but leave a little bit or your hair, or your bangs, forward then tie it back ot clip it back, whatever. then to me it looks like she either scrunched it or curled it. if scrunching is you path, i would use panteen extra hold gel in you hair. basically all you do is run the gel through your hair w/ your hands, then, from the bottom of your hair just kind of bounce it up and down, twirl it, loop it, in the end it will end up similar to that, just play around with it, it'll lokk pretty similar. ---or--- you can get a fine curler (or curls), try as thin, but not to thin, as possible. but it on high heat and simpley curl it. i would use aussie premium hair spray for this job. but remember, she has high class hair people or whatever doing her hair, so it is certainly not going to look the same. me personally, i love the look and i'm sure it'll look great on you too! good luck, love the look!
