How do I get soft curls with my 4b natural type hair?

Actually I have a mix of 3b and 4b hair. I've been wearing my hair in two stranded twists, but I would like to wear my hair down/out (how ever you want to put it), but whenever I undo the twists my hair puffs/frizzes up (it can get really bad depending on the humidity). I like the way my hair looks when it's wet, but I've yet to find a product or styling method that maintains that look. I would just give up, flat iron and roll my hair, but I work out everyday so I would just sweat it out. I'm thinking maybe I should put a relaxer in for a really short time, just to loosen the coils, but I'm not sure it will turn out the way I want. The other thing is, my hair is dry on the ends and regardless of the fact that I deep condition every two weeks, I still have dry ends that tangle into individual knots!

1 when you condition leave it in there with a shower cap for thirty min and wash out ur hair it makes ur hair looking natrually curly and I think those are jurly curls that you are looking for
