Is this a good PROM outfit?

Blueish greyish dress with an elegant flower pattern sew into it (same colour as dress).. Strap arms and a little bit longer than knee length. I'm wearing silver strap heels with crystals in the front.. I think I'm going to put my hair up in a nice do.. or something like that...

Any advice on jewelry or how I should have my hair ?

The dress sounds great. A very unique sounding color if I am imagining it right in my mind. The heels sound great too and will go nicely with the dress. I agree with the first answerer, do your hair up in a nice flowy upswept do. Let some tendrils hang down to make it more romantic and elegant looking. For jewelry go with a pair of long dangly silver earrings, possibly even with pearl accents (would look great.) Also a pearl and silver cuff would look great. Add a hint of color to break up the monotone feeling by adding a jewel toned clutch, like green or ruby (they go well with the existing color scheme) Hope this helps you out have a great time at prom!!

Well the hair should be upswept. (moms a stylist). The dress sounds beautiful.

no whay you need to do is wear some pink heels with a pink and black strap dress

maybe a pink and black flower or just pink or pink and white

i would say wear silver cascading earrings and a nice ring and bracelet, no necklace, just wear some shimmering body lotion/ not very large chunks of glitter, just shimmering lotion - you can get it at a local drug store. I use Jergens its in a gold tube - larger tube. I would wear your hair up like you said
