My crush cut his hair!!!...?

he's 2 years older than me (big whoop, i didn't expect to go out w/ him or anything) and now i realize that the big reason that i fell in love with the way he looks is his hair, it was kinda long and it flipped out and he cut it short so it looks like everyone else's!! and i used to try to glance at him every chance i got, but now i don't want to (i just saw him with the new hair cut today, he's in band with me). i can't except the change, but i know he must be happy with it because he chose do have it cut! how do i get over it?
