Emo Hair Styles?

I am getting my haircut on Wednesday. I am leaning towards an emo cut. I have longish hair (it fall a few inches past my shoulders) and I dont want short hair, becuase it makes me look bad. PLease help!!! (((post pics, if posssible)))

get if really short with bangs. thats how most emos get there hair cut.

you could keep your hair long, and get some bangs cut. I dont know how to explain the way. But like side swept, like diagonal. It keps long going down, and one of your eyes is covered up.

umm ok, so thats a picture of me.. my hair is a LITTLE bit passed my shoulders its black and green haha. umm i use ice blast gel **** for something called a crown that poofs up on the back... and sometimes for dreads ><
