The best product for straightening??

I have thick hair that gets oily at the roots easily. I have a CHI iron, and want to know what the best product is out there to put on wet hair to straighten?? Right now I'm using Alterna Hemp Seed straightening balm and it makes my hair straight, but not very manageable. I have used Redken align, but my hair gets flyaway!! Like that horrible static feeling!!! What do you use??

BIOSILK!!! by farouk.. i actually got a free bottle when purchasing the chi... its a serum.. since ur hair is oily at the roots i would only apply it to the endss.. I swear by biosilk it makes my hair feel like silk even aftr blow drying and straightening it!

The best product to use when it come to straightening is a 'Revlon' It can get very hot at time but you could just reduce the heat. But the straightening lasts longer also!!! Good Luck~

me and my mum struggle with static and un controllable hair too!! and we use ghd's which are around 拢125 pound and also inspirations which are about 拢30 hope this helps!! and good luck and i would also reccommend sunsilk instant smoothing cream the purple one you go in the shower and when you come out you put this all over your hair NOT TOO MUCH and then brush and dry your hair this helps make it straight and shiny bot not greasy then straighten your hair and wahlaa your stressed hair becomes perfect!:-)<3
