Just wondering if you guys could help?

I know there's kinds of software used by law enforcement types that change a person's looks, ages the person or makes him/her younger, shows you what he'd look like with a few extra pounds or how he'd look after losing some weight, with or without facial hair. Can anybody tell me about such a software. I need a software name. A link would be appreciated. And it would be really dandy if the software were free.

Just in case someone is wondering, I just want it for a lark. Just for the novelty of it. It would be real fun since none of my chums have such a piece of work.
