??Hair growth??

i am african american and i would like to know how to grow my hair. i have been geting perms since 5th grade and i am going into 8th grade. my hair is to middle of my neck and i like it to be a lttle longer than shoulder length. and i dont want to spend a lot of money.

ok i had the same problem@ ur age....u should keep greasing your scalp evey night b4 bed and wrap it with a silk scarf...wash it every two weeks cuz african americans cant wash there hair everyday cuz it strips ur natural oils...when u use hair bands never ever use a rubber band..use cotton scrunchies at ur local beauty supply store....use tcb or motions for you hair and stop using perms(relaxers) start using texterizers cuz its gentel and it helps growth n keeps your natural pattern

Hair grows on its own, so don't get it cut for a while.

Just keep it up. The only way to get it to be longer would be with hair extentions. I wouldn't recommend that because they hurt (or so I've been told).

Be patient and take good care of your hair. . . I bet it looks really pretty!

Biotin. You can get it at the grocery store for just a few dollars. Get the highest amount (in mcg) they have. It starts to work after about 3 weeks, and it made my hair grow super fast.

use lots of vitamin E and wear a ponytail and/ or braids for a whole school year.keep hair greased,use hair food grease. but no sprits or gel or beeswax. keep up with perms every 6 weeks and keep ends clip
