How can I restrain myself from shooting my wife because of her hair dye?

She spilled hair dye on the white carpet. I dont want to have to replace the carpet. She thinks just replacing that spot will do. I dont understand the female mind. You cannot just replace that one spot. It will look funny. So, what can I do to get rid of the stain.

Just dye the carpet a dark color.

Actually, if you have left over carpet, you can have it cut out and replaced - problem is matching from normal wear and discoloring.

Sounds like you will need to replace it all, that way, you can get rid of the blood stains as well - make sure she's lying down first - otherwise you may need to repaint the walls as well. Very messy. Maybe take her skydiving?

i'm guessing she spilled a lot of it? first try carpet stain remover, honestly. the kind that sprays and oxygenates. you may be able to get out the stain.

There are very few things that will successfully remove hair dye and not remove the colour of the carpet. First, try wiping the spot with hydrogen peroxide which yo can get in any drug store.
