Treating myself! Please design me a make-up routine or look?

I have blonde hair, china white skin, unblemished but prone to extreme dryness and blocked pores in my t-zone, deep blue eyes, naturally black lashes and ash brows.

Also, do you suggest I have my eyebrows tinted?

They are shaped but I think they look a little harsh in contrast...

well I'm not sure about tinting....but I could recommend a look.

Firstly just sweep something transslucent powder over your face.

To emphasise you eyes.....use black mascara and ivory coloured eyeshadows, you make want to try pale pinks or even greens, but don't look for striking colours.

Apply a pale pink powder blush along your cheeks bones to put colour in your cheeks.

I would use a brownish pink lipliner....and fill in your lips with a slightly pinky lipgloss, or very matte lipstick.

My friend has exactly the same hair and face combo and she uses this technique and looks stunning.

For your eyebrows, you could use some facial bleach and apply it for about 10 minutes, it should lighten them a shade or two and you won't have to pay to get them tinted in a salon.

To make your skin less dry try a moisturizing cream before applying your makeup.

For your eyes, use a shimmery creme color to highlight underneath your eyebrows a little and on the inside corners of your eyes. Use a light brown color on your entire eyelid. Then, using an eyeliner brush, apply dark shadow on top and bottom of your eyelids, smudge the top with a q tip or your finger. Use brown/black mascara so it doesn't look very harsh against your skin.

For your lips try a light pink gloss or a nude shimmery color.
