I have a weird question, design specifically for girls?

How come people look at my head or hair and say that i have period. What's up with my head or hair and how can i fix this problem?

well u an fix this by getting jell or somthin it depends on how short ur hairs is but nay ways ge jell and spike it or water. or just put water and silk it to the side!
