Lots of PIX. Choose my hair color?

I'm a bit bored with my hair. I'm debating whether or not to keep the same hair color, go lighter, or go darker. I'll leave it up to you.

Since spring and summer's coming up, I'd go for the lighter color. but for fall and winter, the darker.

the last picture, get it that color, it would look the best on you

I think if you want to go for a subtle change you should do the picture of Alexis Bledel, but if you want more of a dramatic change and a color that will warm up your skin tone then do the picture of Rachel Bilson.
