I have natural toe head colored hair. I had made a mistake to dry a deeper color so I used golden brown. It came out pretty darn dark and after a month I went to a salon to get it toned down. She used a toner and it lightened it. I found some fanci-full (#23 frivolous fawn) in my mother in laws bathroom. I was wondering if I used this will it ......I don't want to mess it up but my hair is still a little dark. Should I try it or not. What can happen?

What will happen is basically nothing. The Fanciful Rinses are temporary and wash out when you shampoo. Also the Frivolous Fawn is a very light shade and I doubt that you would see any change at all. Don't bother with trying this. Being a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in hair color and color correction, I can't understand how someone could really lighten your hair with a toner. Toners only deposit color.
