Trying to name a band, sorry but I'm a bit vague.?

I think they're a little bit pop a little bit folke & a little easy listening.

I think they're all or mostly men, possibly with facial hair and waistcoats.

I think they have two words in their name and i dont think either of them are 'The'.

Quite popular in the 90's.
