Do i have to bleach my hair to dye it blonde or?

can I jus use the blonde hair dye???

i have dyed hair right now and i dyed it dark brown a few times(now it looks dark black at the tips)and im originally blonde and i want to know if i can jus dye it blonde

If you dye it blonde on top of brown/black using a single process home dye, you cannot be sure of the color that results. It may (probably will) come out darker still on the ends, and will not be blonde, but a muddy brown. Single process lighteners only go so far. Having it professionally double processed (stripped of color and then redyed) will have the best results, especially if you bring a picture of you with your original color. You want to do it professionally because it will damage your hair less than double processing it yourself.

No, don't dye it blonde. You will end up with very very orange hair. Go to a salon or try a medium brown. Even a salon wont be able to get your blonde back on the first try.

You are going to need to bleach it out, neutralize it, and then color it blond.

oh girl ...I'd die to have natural blond hair.....try dying it first ..the bleach can only damage your hair ...after you dye it ...let your natural hair grow....good luck

dying it will probably leave it an unkind orange color. i would recommend using a color stripper which will remove all the non natural pigments, and then if it still doesn't fade to a desireable shade then you can proceed with a dye low in amonia.

try removing the color that you have first. if the result is not the blonde color you are looking for then consult a colorist. he/she should be able to get your desired color with the least damage to your hair.
